WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching can be helpful to facilitate the thinking and planning required in times of change and transition. Various coaching tools enable clients to explore their values and strengths and provide a structure for how to plan for change.

Each session is 60 minutes long and is a confidential conversation with your coach, Grace, who has 10 years of experience as a coach and is also equipped with additional training as a psychotherapist. Along with years of training and experience as an intercultural consultant, Grace is able to adapt her coaching style to suit different individuals with different backgrounds and ways of thinking.

Coaching sessions are provided face-to-face in our coaching office or online via skype/zoom. Contact us for a free consultation and to find out more about our coaching fees.
