Counselling

Living in a complex, busy and ever-changing world produces many difficulties for people to cope with.

Goff Barrett-Lennard describes the journey a client goes through in counselling as “the passage from woundedness to hope”.

Hope can arise through the healing of past experiences and finding a different way of thinking.  This can enable you to thrive and feel more fully alive.

Grace at Viewpoint Innovation Counselling provides a safe and confidential environment for you to discuss anything on your mind, explore past experiences and move forward feeling equipped with insights and tools to build resilience and make any desired changes in your life.
